HR Officer — Entry Level (Female)

EZ MD Solutions is seeking a motivated entry-level HR Officer to join their team in Rawalpindi. This full-time, on-site position operates during US working hours and is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal HR experience. The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth employee management and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR trackers to ensure data integrity.
- Assist with attendance monitoring and follow-up on leave requests.
- Collect and organize joining documents while coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Respond to routine employee queries and support HR-related communications.
- Handle all employee information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- High attention to detail and eagerness to learn new HR processes.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Rawalpindi during night shifts aligned with US working hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous HR internships are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 70,000.
