HR Officer

We are seeking two motivated HR Officers to join our team in Bagh, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). These positions are strictly onsite with rotational shifts and are open to male candidates only. The roles available include HR Officer – Payroll and HR Officer – Recruitment & Selection. Candidates with up to six months of experience or those with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates will hold a BBA in Human Resources or a relevant degree and be ready to contribute to various HR functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily HR activities and operations to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including maintaining and updating the CV database.
- Maintain and update employee personal records accurately and securely.
- Scan employee files and manage the electronic filing system efficiently.
- Handle HR-related printing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
- Assist employees in resolving workplace-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform additional HR tasks as assigned by the Manager HR or Assistant Manager HR.
- Adhere to organizational information security and privacy policies to protect sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with information security responsibilities related to the role.
- Safeguard company assets and information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
- Up to six months of relevant work experience or strong internship experience in HR functions.
- Male candidates only, as per the job requirement.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bagh, AJK with rotational shifts.
