Acme Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible HR Officer – Operations to oversee daily HR operational activities and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing employee records, attendance, leave, and related documentation while supporting payroll processes and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws. This position requires strong coordination skills to work closely with various departments and contribute to smooth HR operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance, leave, and employee records accurately.
- Handle employee onboarding, transfers, separations, and all associated documentation.
- Maintain and update data within HRMS/ERP systems to ensure data integrity.
- Support payroll processes by verifying HR-related data.
- Address employee requests and respond to HR-related queries promptly.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure the accuracy of employee information.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor laws.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth HR operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. An MBA in HR or a related qualification is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Practical knowledge of attendance management, leave administration, overtime calculation, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with HRMS/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate across teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage. The role offers an attractive salary package along with benefits such as lunch, EOBI, gratuity, medical coverage, and paid leaves. The position is based in the S.I.T.E. Area of Karachi, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. This is an in-person role requiring regular attendance at the workplace.
