We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations and Employee Relations professional to join our HR team and support daily employee-related activities. This role is well-suited for a fresh BBA graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience and develop a solid understanding of HR operations within a corporate setting. The position involves managing employee records, handling HR documentation, and assisting with various HR processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Update employee information in HR systems and Excel trackers.
- Support attendance, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
- Help resolve basic employee queries in collaboration with the HR team.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports.
- Assist with employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain records related to employee confirmations, probation periods, transfers, and other HR actions.
- Coordinate with employees and different departments to collect necessary HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing internal HR communications and notices.
- Support employee engagement activities and office initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality of all employee information.
- Perform other HR operational tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Hands-on experience in HR Operations with exposure to Employee Relations and HR Administration is a plus.
