International Pharma Labs is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Operations Officer to oversee daily human resources activities and ensure the effective implementation of company policies and employee-related processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, and assisting with payroll and compliance tasks within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, overtime, and leave records to ensure compliance.
- Prepare various HR documents such as letters, notices, confirmations, and warnings.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, joining formalities, orientation sessions, and exit procedures.
- Assist with recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
- Collaborate with different departments on employee-related matters to facilitate smooth communication.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate data related to attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR records at all times.
- Assist in the implementation and periodic updating of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare routine HR reports and provide relevant information to management as needed.
- Perform additional HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- Solid understanding of attendance management, leave administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, and employee documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on accurate record-keeping.
