HR & Payroll Intern

KGT Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Intern to join their team onsite at Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi. This full-time internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in daily accounting, payroll, and attendance management while working alongside experienced professionals. The role requires working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and provides a monthly stipend ranging from PKR 20,000 to 25,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and data entry of financial transactions.
- Help prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
- Support management of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and record keeping.
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance records and verify attendance data for payroll purposes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Aid in preparing basic financial reports.
- Perform additional accounts-related tasks as assigned by the team.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Ability to work onsite at the Nazimabad No. 1 location.
- Eagerness to learn and take responsibility.
