We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team based in Korangi, Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and fostering positive employee relations. This is a full-time, in-person position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The monthly salary for this role is PKR 60,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process, ensuring the right talent acquisition aligned with organizational needs.
- Statutory Compliance: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of SESSI and EOBI regulations. Formulate policies and ensure accurate documentation to comply with these statutory requirements.
- Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for interactions with government departments and regulatory bodies, handling all necessary communications and submissions.
- Employee & Industrial Relations: Oversee labor management, address employee grievances effectively, and apply sound knowledge of Labour Laws to maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
- HR Systems & Tools: Utilize HR portals such as TimeTrax and demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel to manage HR data and reporting efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Proven hands-on experience with SESSI and EOBI compliance, including registrations and policy formulation.
- Direct experience liaising with government departments or statutory labor offices, with a clear understanding of the processes involved.
- Strong background in labor relations and grievance handling, supported by practical knowledge of labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Excel.
