We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience across various human resources functions. This role offers exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy compliance, providing a solid foundation for anyone looking to build a career in HR. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR team, supporting daily activities and contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, facilitating a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support the organization of employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment.
- Draft and format HR-related documents, letters, and reports as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with payroll data collection and attendance management when applicable.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
- A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
