Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Pakistan Retail Organization based in Lahore. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where individuality is valued and making a meaningful impact is encouraged. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support to Retail Leadership and Store Management, driving key people initiatives that align with business priorities. This includes talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations to foster a high-performance culture and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Retail Leadership and functional managers to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, talent deployment, performance, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate on manpower planning, succession strategies, and organizational structure to optimize productivity.
- Support the implementation of the broader People Strategy and ensure alignment with company values and expectations.
- Lead employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives in partnership with Retail Leadership.
- Identify and promote opportunities to enhance diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee experience in line with global and country strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of issues.
- Proactively address potential employee relations risks and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive talent identification, succession planning, internal mobility, and development programs tailored to Retail needs.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and development planning.
- Collaborate with Talent & Development on learning initiatives and support recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Partner with the Rewards team on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs affecting Retail employees.
- Monitor workforce metrics, prepare dashboards, and provide data-driven insights using AI models.
- Manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts related to people costs in alignment with business plans.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems such as Workday and AskHR.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Ensure consistent execution of HR operations across Retail locations, aligned with country HR governance.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including Retail Leadership, Finance, Talent & Development, and external partners such as recruitment agencies and legal counsel.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management sciences or a related field.
- 5 to 6 years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering, preferably within Retail, Consumer Goods, FMCG, or customer-facing sectors.
- Proven experience collaborating with business leaders and frontline teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems such as Workday or SAP.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
