HSE Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to lead and manage workplace safety initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating incidents, developing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to fostering a safety-conscious culture and maintaining effective emergency response plans to protect employees and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate thorough investigations of workplace incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports, including recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze incident trends to develop strategies that enhance workplace safety.
- Design, develop, and deliver HSE training programs focused on safety practices, emergency response, and environmental protection.
- Conduct regular safety and toolbox meetings to address ongoing HSE concerns and engage employees.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and encourage active participation in HSE initiatives across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and fire safety protocols.
- Organize and conduct emergency drills to evaluate response effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of emergency equipment at all times.
- Stay current with occupational health and safety laws and ensure company compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, participate in inspections and audits, and prepare required regulatory reports to maintain transparency and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in HSE management, preferably within the logistics and warehouse industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
