Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and enforce permit-to-work systems.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inspections, audits, and safety training sessions to promote a safe work environment.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure workplace safety standards are consistently met.
- Prepare clear and accurate safety reports and maintain documentation using MS Office tools.

Required Qualifications

For the position of HSE Officer:
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental roles.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment methodologies, incident investigation, and permit-to-work systems.
- Proficient communication skills and ability to deliver safety training.

For the position of Safety Inspector:
- IOSH Managing Safely or OSHA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum education level of Matric or Intermediate.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in safety inspections and workplace safety practices.
- Understanding of personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and hazard identification.
- Ability to identify and report unsafe acts and conditions effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with additional certifications or higher education in safety-related fields will be considered favorably. We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 110,000 per month, reflecting market standards.
