Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and responsible HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across the plant. The ideal candidate will promote a safe working environment, conduct risk assessments, and implement HSE policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across the plant.
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safe working practices.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident logs, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor waste management, environmental controls, and housekeeping practices.
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Risk Assessment, Safety Audits, Incident Investigation, HSE Compliance, Emergency Response.
