Bin Saeed Constructors (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Supervisor to join our team at China Power Hub. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental supervision within the construction industry. This role requires a proactive individual who is committed to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards on the construction site.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings to promote awareness and adherence to safety protocols among all workers.
- Monitor and enforce the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Report and document any incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with project management and site teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall safety performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Relevant HSE qualification or certification recognized in the construction industry.
- Proven knowledge of construction site safety procedures and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience in conducting safety inspections, hazard identification, and delivering toolbox talks.
- Familiarity with PPE compliance standards and incident reporting processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams on site.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience working at large-scale construction projects, particularly power hub developments, will be an advantage.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000 based on experience and qualifications.
