HTML 5 Games Developer

We are seeking a talented and creative HTML5 Games Developer to join our team in Gulberg Greens, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site position requires a developer with hands-on experience in building engaging, responsive, and performance-optimized web-based games using HTML5 and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will be passionate about game development and capable of turning concepts into polished, interactive gaming experiences for both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain HTML5 games tailored for web and mobile devices.
- Create interactive gameplay using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Utilize game engines and frameworks such as Phaser, PixiJS, Three.js, or similar tools.
- Implement game mechanics, animations, controls, scoring systems, and user interface elements.
- Optimize game performance across various browsers, screen sizes, and devices.
- Integrate APIs, SDKs, analytics, advertisements, and other third-party services as needed.
- Debug, test, and resolve gameplay and technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and content teams to bring game concepts to life.
- Convert game designs into functional, stable, and user-friendly gaming experiences.
- Stay current with trends, technologies, and best practices in web and casual gaming.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in HTML5 game development or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with at least one game development framework or engine such as Phaser, PixiJS, or Three.js.
- Solid understanding of game development fundamentals including game loops, physics, animations, collision detection, and state management.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work.
- A portfolio or examples of previously developed games are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing casual, arcade, puzzle, or hyper-casual games.
- Familiarity with WebGL and Canvas technologies.
- Knowledge of game monetization strategies, ad integration, and SDK usage.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles specific to games.
