We are seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to manage the daily administration, optimization, and reporting of our HubSpot platform. This role is critical in ensuring that our marketing, sales, and service teams have access to clean data, efficient workflows, and accurate insights. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for all things HubSpot, driving improvements and supporting cross-functional teams to maximize the platform’s value.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and configure HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, including managing properties, pipelines, user permissions, teams, and views.
- Build and maintain automation such as workflows, lead scoring, lead routing, lifecycle stage progression, and sequences to streamline processes.
- Manage data quality through deduplication, imports, segmentation, enrichment, and regular database audits to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports focused on funnel performance, pipeline health, attribution, and campaign ROI to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lists that support lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Integrate HubSpot with other tools like Salesforce, Slack, Zapier, advertising platforms, webinar software, and billing systems, while troubleshooting synchronization issues.
- Support the sales team by managing deal stages, quotes, tasks, and playbooks to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Train and onboard new team members, develop documentation, and establish best-practice guides to ensure consistent platform usage.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aimed at increasing conversion rates and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and consent management.
- Apply knowledge to improve email deliverability and overall communication effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM administration or marketing/sales operations.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot workflows, custom objects/properties, reporting, and lead lifecycle management.
- Experience with data migration, imports, and integrating HubSpot with other platforms.
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales funnels, lead scoring methodologies, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- HubSpot certifications such as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CRM Implementation from HubSpot Academy are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, basic API usage, or HubSpot’s CMS/HubL is a plus.
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or agency environment will be advantageous.
