We are seeking a motivated HR professional to manage daily human resources operations and administrative tasks within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities efficiently.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment processes such as job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and collaborate with department heads for further assessments.
- Prepare and maintain essential HR documents including employment contracts, appointment letters, warning letters, and experience certificates.
- Oversee employee onboarding and ensure all joining formalities are completed accurately.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leaves, and ensure employee compliance with company policies.
- Address routine employee queries and coordinate with management on HR-related matters.
- Support the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and employee engagement activities.
- Provide support for payroll-related information such as attendance, leaves, allowances, and deductions.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company rules, HR policies, and applicable labor laws.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
- Fresh candidates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- HR certification such as CIPD or PHR is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR management software is a plus.

- Monthly salary range: Rs 40,000 to Rs 60,000.
