HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) MANAGER / OFFICER

Umar Store is seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing various human resource functions to support the company’s growth and ensure a productive work environment. This position requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes to attract and retain qualified talent.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all employee documentation is complete and compliant.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
- Monitor employee performance and enforce discipline when necessary to maintain workplace standards.
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues promptly and professionally.
- Organize and coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive HR reports and records to support decision-making and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Highly organized, responsible, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage and support a growing team effectively.

Location
This position is based at Sabreena Tower, opposite Dawood Super Mart, Faujdari Road, Hyderabad. The role requires in-person attendance.

Compensation
The monthly salary starts from Rs. 30,000.
