We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Human Resources Intern to gain practical experience across the full employee lifecycle. This internship is ideal for fresh BBA graduates who want to develop a broad understanding of Human Resources rather than focusing on a single function. Under the guidance of the HR Manager, the intern will receive hands-on exposure to various HR activities, building a strong foundation for a future career in HR.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview coordination.
- Help with onboarding new employees and managing related documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
- Assist in managing attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Support probation and employee confirmation processes.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related activities.
- Prepare HR correspondence such as letters, emails, notices, and documentation.
- Aid in performance evaluation and appraisal procedures.
- Assist with employee exit formalities and clearance processes.
- Respond to basic employee queries and liaise with relevant departments as needed.
- Help prepare HR reports and maintain HR trackers.
- Learn and support various HR functions as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Perform other HR-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA or Business Administration.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to learn different areas of HR.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
