Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a dedicated HR professional with a minimum of two years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily attendance and leave records, preparing monthly payroll and salary sheets, and handling basic financial tasks such as petty cash and expense reporting. This role also involves managing the full recruitment cycle, onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies. Additionally, the candidate will prepare monthly HR and financial reports to support organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily attendance and leave records using HRMS.
- Prepare monthly payroll, including deductions and salary sheets.
- Handle basic finance tasks such as petty cash management and expense reporting.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies.
- Prepare monthly HR and financial reports for management review.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR functions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll processing, and recruitment activities.
- Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Faisalabad at Kohinoor. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. The work environment requires physical presence at the office to effectively manage HR and administrative tasks.
