Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Administrative Specialist will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations in a full-time, on-site capacity in Lahore. This includes maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. The specialist will coordinate interviews, manage HR-related correspondence, and organize training and orientation sessions. Additional duties involve supporting payroll and attendance tracking, addressing employee relations and inquiries, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The role requires close collaboration with management and staff to promote a professional, responsive, and compliant workplace environment.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong Human Resources and HR Management skills, with hands-on experience in core HR processes and policy implementation. Excellent communication abilities are essential, including clear written documentation and effective interpersonal skills. Proven expertise in employee relations is required, encompassing inquiry handling, conflict resolution support, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Solid customer service skills are necessary to respond professionally and promptly to both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should also possess strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
