Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking a motivated HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team at ibex. The ideal candidate will have practical experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to understand business needs to efficiently handle hiring in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless recruitment experience and supporting workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, conducting assessments, gathering feedback, extending offers, and closing hires.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand resource requirements, workforce needs, hiring priorities, and role expectations, ensuring timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Oversee the onboarding process to guarantee a smooth transition and positive employee experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, monitor hiring progress, ensure timely follow-ups, and optimize recruitment operations to improve efficiency.
- Develop and sustain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels such as job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools to manage hiring data effectively.
- Experience in BPO or contact center environments is preferred.
