Alpha Corporation, a prominent Pakistan-based company specializing in the distribution, sales, and post-sales maintenance of medical devices, healthcare solutions, and biomedical equipment, is looking to hire a Human Resources Executive for its Rawalpindi office. This full-time role within the Recruitment & People Operations Department is suited for an organized HR professional with practical generalist experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR functions such as recruitment, attendance management, payroll input, compliance, and employee communications, ensuring all processes are handled with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, coordination with hiring managers, and offer processing. Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation, orientation, and clearance procedures. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases. Oversee attendance and leave records while preparing monthly attendance reports. Support payroll processing by compiling attendance, leave, and deduction data and verifying salary inputs. Draft HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, notices, and employee communications. Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in performance review cycles, employee engagement activities, and the implementation of HR policies. Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in an HR Executive, HR Officer, or HR generalist role. Practical experience in recruitment, attendance management, and employee record keeping is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is necessary; familiarity with HRMS or attendance systems is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, along with excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Fluency in both English and Urdu is mandatory.

The salary range for this position is PKR 45,000 to 60,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
