Human Resources Executive

Alpha Corporation, a leading company based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, specializes in the distribution, sales, and post-sales maintenance of medical devices, healthcare solutions, and biomedical equipment for hospitals and healthcare institutions nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our Department of Recruitment & People Operations on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an organized HR professional with practical generalist experience who can efficiently manage recruitment, attendance, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee communications with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, coordination with hiring managers, and offer processing.
- Oversee employee onboarding and exit procedures, ensuring all documentation, orientation, and clearance processes are completed smoothly.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases to ensure data integrity.
- Track attendance and leave records, preparing monthly attendance reports for management review.
- Support payroll processing by compiling attendance, leave, and deduction data, and verifying salary inputs for accuracy.
- Draft various HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, notices, and internal employee communications.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and the implementation of HR policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports to provide insights and updates to management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR Executive, HR Officer, or HR generalist role.
- Practical experience in recruitment, attendance management, and maintaining employee records.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with HRMS or attendance management systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous HR experience within healthcare, medical devices, or sales-driven organizations is considered an asset.
- Salary range between PKR 45,000 and PKR 60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and interview performance.
