The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, remote position responsible for managing essential HR operations and fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment. This role involves overseeing day-to-day HR processes, maintaining policies and documentation, and supporting employee relations throughout the organization. The Executive will coordinate recruitment efforts, facilitate onboarding for new hires, and assist with performance management and feedback initiatives. Additionally, the role includes implementing HR programs that promote employee engagement, development, and retention, while working closely with leadership to ensure alignment with company values and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and performance management support.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Utilize HRIS tools and other HR-related software to streamline processes in a remote, distributed work environment.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and exercise sound judgment in all HR matters.
Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HR management principles and the ability to support organizational HR strategy.
- Familiarity with HR policies, compliance practices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Skilled in employee relations, including conflict resolution and providing employee support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with remote teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms or HR-related software, comfortable working in a digital and distributed environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and exercise sound decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
