Human Resources Executive

PayOn is a dynamic fintech and transaction infrastructure company focused on serving Pakistan’s HoReCa sector, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés. As the company expands its team and partner network, we are seeking an HR Executive who will play a pivotal role in attracting, assessing, and retaining top talent. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions, requiring a proactive professional who brings fresh ideas and modern approaches to recruitment, employer branding, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
- Source and screen candidates primarily through LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial HR interviews using behavioral and innovative assessment methods that extend beyond resumes and conventional questions.
- Schedule and coordinate technical and management interviews efficiently.
- Manage the interview pipeline while ensuring candidates remain informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Employer Branding & LinkedIn Management:
- Develop and enhance PayOn’s employer brand presence on LinkedIn through posts, hiring campaigns, and active engagement.
- Utilize LinkedIn strategically for sourcing, outreach, and maintaining candidate relationships.
- Design visually appealing hiring collateral such as carousels and announcements using Canva.
- Contribute creative ideas for content that highlights PayOn’s culture, team, and career opportunities.

Stakeholder Communication & Process Improvement:
- Provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate insights, and recommendations.
- Create clear, well-designed presentations that translate HR data into actionable decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall HR practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu, both written and spoken.
- Strong hands-on skills with Canva for creating graphics, presentations, and recruitment materials.
- Active LinkedIn user with a solid understanding of the platform’s algorithm and engagement strategies.
- Experience in conducting interviews and candidate evaluations using behavioral and non-traditional assessment techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, growth, and leadership teams, supporting initiatives beyond core HR responsibilities.
- Willingness to participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas related to hiring, employer branding, team engagement, and company culture.
- Capability to transform ideas into clear plans, proposals, and executable actions.

Work Policy and Employment Details
PayOn operates as a fully virtual office emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and productivity. Participation with cameras on during meetings and interviews is expected. Candidates uncomfortable with this mode of working are advised not to apply.

This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role includes a one-month probation period and offers a performance-based salary structure tied to KPIs and overall performance.
