Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team at our DHA Phase II location in Karachi. This role requires working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and is open exclusively to female candidates. The position offers a competitive compensation package aligned with market standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant HR experience and will be responsible for managing various HR functions while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and operational efficiency.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
- Address employee relations matters and oversee daily HR operations to support staff effectively.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
- Assist with performance management processes and contribute to organizational development activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of practical experience in HR roles.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and workplace policies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
