Human Resources Executive

Go Mobit is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team. We believe that a great workplace begins with great people, and we are looking for an HR professional who values both. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling and conducting interviews, as well as onboarding new employees.
- Manage attendance records, leave applications, employee files, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and handle daily HR operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Foster employee engagement by ensuring team members feel supported and heard.
- Contribute to performance management activities, coordinate internally across departments, and handle general HR-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine interest in working with people.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi.
- Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
