Human Resources Intern

PayOn is at the forefront of developing innovative hospitality technology solutions tailored for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and food courts. As the company expands, we are seeking a motivated and highly organized HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment, enjoy engaging with people, and are eager to build a long-term career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams in daily operations and recruitment activities.
- Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with team members using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Help create and manage HR-related documents and presentations, utilizing tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva where applicable.
- Contribute to improving HR processes and workflows by proactively identifying areas for enhancement.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.

This internship is a three-month remote position within the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition department. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). Immediate joiners are preferred. The role offers a monthly stipend and the chance to gain valuable experience in a fully virtual workplace.

Candidates must be comfortable participating in interviews, meetings, and work-related discussions with their cameras enabled when required.
