Human Resources Intern

MotionDock, an AI-powered creative company based in Lahore, is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join their Human Resources team for a paid internship lasting 1 to 3 months. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a fast-growing organization that values speed, quality, creativity, and accountability. The intern will work closely with the HR team, supporting day-to-day people operations and learning how HR processes are managed beyond theory, including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and hiring activities such as job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain accurate documentation.
- Organize and maintain employee records and HR files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, letters, forms, and reports.
- Coordinate with employees on routine HR-related matters.
- Help maintain company policies, processes, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Conduct basic research on HR practices and workplace processes.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people.
- Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
