Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing comprehensive HR functions across the group’s manufacturing and textile units. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and administering compensation, benefits, and HR policies in compliance with company standards and local labor regulations. The manager will support performance management initiatives, identify training and development needs, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
In addition, the HR Manager will handle employee relations and conflict resolution, working closely with leadership to ensure HR strategies align with overall business goals and workforce planning. The role also requires monitoring compliance with labor laws, implementing HR best practices, and contributing to organizational development projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning within manufacturing and corporate settings. Proficiency in HR operations, including employee record management, compensation and benefits administration, and policy implementation, is essential. Experience in performance management, training needs assessment, and coordinating learning and development programs is required.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate capability in managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and fostering an inclusive, respectful, and safe work environment. A solid understanding of Pakistan labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices relevant to the industrial and textile sectors is necessary. Familiarity with HRIS or similar HR software, along with advanced skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is expected.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, alongside strong interpersonal, coaching, and negotiation abilities. Candidates must exhibit excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A master’s degree or professional HR certification will be considered an advantage. Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, particularly within manufacturing or related industries, is highly desirable.
