A well-established company based in Karachi is looking for a dedicated and people-focused HR Manager to handle daily human resources operations. This full-time, on-site role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, attendance, and workplace coordination during night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The position offers a competitive monthly salary between PKR 100,000 and 120,000, including a transport allowance, with compensation aligned to the candidate’s experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality while maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Address employee concerns promptly, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote positive employee relations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee and update the company’s LinkedIn page to support recruitment efforts and enhance employer branding.
- Collaborate with management and accounts teams to coordinate monthly salary and payroll inputs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in conducting employee performance reviews, appraisals, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Foster and maintain a professional, positive, and productive workplace culture.
- Prepare basic HR reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as required to support organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a software or IT company environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in recruitment processes, attendance management, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
- Comfortable managing LinkedIn for recruitment and company profile purposes.
- Good command of English and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Willingness to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
