A reputable company based in Karachi is seeking a dedicated and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee daily human resources operations. This full-time role involves managing employee relations, recruitment processes, attendance tracking, and workplace coordination. The position requires working on-site during night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The salary offered ranges from PKR 100,000 to 120,000 per month, inclusive of a transport allowance, and is commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily employee attendance, leaves, punctuality, and maintain accurate HR records.
- Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster positive employee relations.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee the company’s LinkedIn page and leverage the platform to support recruitment and employer branding efforts.
- Coordinate monthly salary and payroll inputs in collaboration with management and accounts departments.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Assist with employee performance reviews, appraisals, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Promote a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.
- Prepare basic HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably within a software or IT company environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, attendance management, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for recruitment and company page management.
- Good command of English and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
