Trajital is seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager to join their team at the Shahrah-e-Faisal office in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, talent acquisition, and maintaining an organized work environment. The position operates from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternate Saturdays. The salary range is PKR 90,000 to 110,000, along with company benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and circulate job openings across relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and shortlist applicants to identify the best fits for various roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and essential HR documentation.
- Support onboarding processes and assist with day-to-day HR operations to foster a positive employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively recruit and coordinate throughout the hiring process.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling several hiring processes efficiently.
