Human Resources Manager

Fitman Materials, a leading Lahore-based manufacturer, importer, and contractor specializing in MEP solutions such as fire detection and suppression, fire pumps, HVAC, security and PA systems, lighting, solar and energy management, specialized cables, and elevators and escalators, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their growing team. This role is based at the Head Office in Lahore and offers an excellent opportunity to lead the human resources function within a dynamic and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, leave management, and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, allowances, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EOBI and PESSI.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the employee handbook.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, salary increments, and staff development initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Support senior management in organizational planning and team expansion efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in human resources.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is considered an advantage.

- Competitive salary of PKR 80,000 per month.
