Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expedite the hiring process.
- Leverage digital platforms and third-party agencies to develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely processing of recruitment requisitions while meeting Talent Acquisition KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports using relevant HR information systems.

Organizational Development & Learning:
- Support organizational development initiatives aimed at fostering a positive culture, improving employee engagement, and enhancing performance.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of competency frameworks, career development plans, and leadership development programs.
- Coordinate organizational diagnostics and contribute to actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts to strengthen workforce morale.
- Design, coordinate, and monitor learning and development programs, including evaluating their effectiveness.
- Develop engaging presentations and visual content using tools such as Canva or similar software.
- Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven approach with strong ownership and initiative.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and employee engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in using HR systems for data management and reporting.
- Ability to design and deliver learning programs and create compelling visual content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
