We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team at the Karachi Head Office. This role involves occasional travel to various ASL offices and plant locations, providing an opportunity to contribute directly to our company’s growth and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer placement across all ASL locations, both offices and plants.
- Partner with hiring managers to clearly understand job requirements and expedite the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical, technical, and hard-to-fill roles to ensure business continuity and future staffing needs.
- Leverage digital platforms and third-party agencies when necessary to develop strong candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely processing of recruitment requisitions while meeting Talent Acquisition KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and reports using HR systems and analytics, providing regular hiring insights to management.
- Enhance employer branding and talent attraction efforts across relevant digital and professional platforms.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and internal governance standards.
Organizational Development & Learning
- Support organizational development initiatives aimed at improving company culture, employee engagement, and overall performance.
- Coordinate organizational diagnostics and suggest actionable improvements.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and manage internal communications to foster a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems, recruitment platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
