Human Resources Operation Intern

We are looking for a motivated Employee Relations & Engagement HR Intern to join our Human Resources team on-site in Rawalpindi. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to support a vibrant workplace culture through internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. The role is ideal for individuals who are community-oriented and passionate about enhancing employee experiences. It requires working night shifts from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM PKT, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company-wide engagement events, including team-building activities and holiday celebrations.
- Support the administration of employee satisfaction surveys by compiling feedback and preparing summary reports.
- Draft internal HR communications such as announcements, celebratory posts for birthdays and work anniversaries, and newsletter content.
- Facilitate onboarding activities by assisting with day-one orientation, office tours, and buddy programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Act as a first-line contact for routine employee inquiries related to HR policies and office events, providing timely and effective responses.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Public Relations, Media Sciences, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and basic graphic presentation tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with high empathy, an outgoing personality, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work on-site during the specified night shift hours in Rawalpindi.
