Human Resources Specialist

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Lahore office on a contract basis. This on-site role is integral to supporting daily HR operations and delivering employee services that contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate personnel records to ensure compliance and easy accessibility.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Administer employee benefits and leave management, coordinating with relevant departments to uphold policy adherence.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support performance management processes by assisting with evaluations, feedback collection, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with management to identify opportunities for improving HR processes and workflows.
- Ensure timely and accurate HR documentation and reporting to support organizational needs.
- Promote and help maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or personnel management, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS or other HR-related software, along with solid skills in Microsoft Office applications.
