Human Resources Specialist

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Lahore office on a contract, on-site basis. This role is integral to supporting daily HR operations and employee services, ensuring smooth management of personnel records, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as administering employee benefits and leave management.

Key Responsibilities
The Human Resources Specialist will coordinate recruitment and selection activities, assist with performance management procedures, and contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This role requires close collaboration with management to identify opportunities for HR process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely reporting. Additionally, the specialist will handle confidential information with discretion and support various employee-related inquiries and services to enhance overall employee experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR Management and Personnel Management within a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS or other HR-related software, along with solid skills in Microsoft Office applications.
