We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with 2 to 4 years of expertise in the medical billing, healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and employee management within these sectors. This role is based in Pakistan and requires a professional who can effectively support HR functions tailored to the needs of a healthcare-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment, specifically hiring for roles such as Medical Billers, Accounts Receivable Specialists, Coders, Payment Posters, and Credentialing/Authorization staff.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, manage leave requests, and handle employee documentation efficiently.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and support performance management initiatives, including disciplinary procedures when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory compliance within the organization.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to coordinate with teams and management.
- Utilize MS Excel, Microsoft Office suite, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR operations.
- Adapt to working with night or evening shifts if the role supports US-based clients, demonstrating flexibility in work hours.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BBA, or a related field.
- Proven HR experience specifically within medical billing, healthcare RCM, or healthcare BPO environments.
- Demonstrated capability in managing recruitment processes end-to-end for specialized healthcare roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in English communication and computer skills, including Excel and HR software platforms.
