We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems at Ocean Mall & Tower in Karachi. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to support seamless facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within the mall and tower.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance system reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth and efficient operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE) or a related field.
- 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience working with HVAC systems, preferably in a commercial or large-scale facility environment.

Skills and Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time position based on-site at Ocean Mall & Tower, Karachi. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
