We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Operator to manage the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with HVAC equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial environments and be capable of ensuring optimal system performance through routine inspections and timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, including air handlers, chillers, and ventilation units.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to guarantee equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within HVAC systems, coordinating repairs and replacement of faulty components as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to HVAC operation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Physical capability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks under various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Technical certification in HVAC is preferred, enhancing the candidate’s expertise and knowledge in the field.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in 4B Value Addition City, Khurrianwala. The role requires a hands-on approach and commitment to maintaining high standards of HVAC system performance and safety.
