HVAC Technician

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting store operations by ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and fully functional. This position requires a hands-on approach to both preventive and corrective maintenance, with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various store equipment.
- Maintain critical machinery including ovens, chillers, makelines, air conditioners, generators, and geysers.
- Ensure that temperature controls and food safety standards are consistently met.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance complaints to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors and supervise maintenance activities to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Keep detailed daily maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) records using the Wooqer CMS system.

Required Qualifications
- Matriculation or Intermediate education level; relevant technical certifications are preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- Willingness and ability to travel between assigned store locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), retail, or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
- This is an in-person role based in Faisalabad, requiring physical presence at the work site.
