IBM DAM Expert- Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking an experienced IBM Digital Asset Management (DAM) Expert to join our team and drive the successful implementation, integration, deployment, and optimization of IBM DAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with IBM DAM technologies and a strong background in delivering complex DAM projects within enterprise environments. This role requires a proactive professional capable of translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support IBM DAM implementation projects from initial design through to full deployment.
- Configure and customize IBM DAM platforms to meet specific business and technical requirements.
- Design and develop integrations between IBM DAM and various enterprise systems.
- Manage API-based and system-to-system integrations involving the DAM platform.
- Perform deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of DAM solutions.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient DAM architectures.
- Support the migration of data and digital assets into the IBM DAM platform.
- Troubleshoot issues related to integration, configuration, and deployment to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Prepare detailed technical and configuration documentation as well as implementation deliverables.
- Provide support for post-implementation activities, including optimization and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience with IBM DAM implementation projects.
- Strong track record in delivering IBM DAM integration projects within enterprise environments.
- Practical experience deploying IBM DAM solutions at scale.
- Expertise in integrating DAM platforms with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Deep understanding of DAM architecture, including workflows, metadata management, digital assets, and integration points.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end DAM implementation projects successfully.
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
