IBM DAM Expert- Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking an experienced IBM Digital Asset Management (DAM) Expert to lead and support the implementation, integration, deployment, and optimization of IBM DAM solutions within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with IBM DAM technologies and a proven history of successfully delivering DAM projects from inception through to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support IBM DAM implementation projects, managing all phases from design through deployment.
- Configure and customize IBM DAM solutions tailored to specific business and technical needs.
- Design and implement integrations between IBM DAM and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless workflows.
- Support API-based and system-to-system integrations involving the DAM platform.
- Perform solution deployment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable DAM solutions.
- Facilitate data and digital asset migration into the IBM DAM platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration, configuration, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and configuration documentation along with implementation deliverables.
- Provide post-implementation support, optimization, and knowledge transfer to relevant teams.

Required Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience with IBM DAM implementation in enterprise settings.
- Strong track record of delivering IBM DAM integration projects successfully.
- Practical experience with IBM DAM deployment, including configuration and customization.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate DAM with other enterprise applications and systems.
- Deep understanding of DAM architecture, workflows, metadata management, digital assets, and integration techniques.
- Experience managing end-to-end DAM implementation projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
- Professional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
