The IELTS & English Teacher position is a full-time, on-site role based in Sialkot. The primary responsibility is to deliver IELTS preparation and general English classes, focusing on the development of listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills through structured lesson plans. The teacher will conduct daily classroom sessions, assess student progress via tests and assignments, offer constructive feedback, and maintain detailed student records. Additionally, the role involves developing or adapting teaching materials, assisting students with exam strategies and time management, and collaborating with administrative staff to foster a positive and professional learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver IELTS preparation and general English classes using well-structured lesson plans that cover all language skill areas.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Develop or adapt teaching materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Support students in exam strategies, including time management and test-taking techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
- Collaborate with office and administrative staff to ensure smooth operation and a supportive learning atmosphere.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, utilizing modern teaching aids and methodologies.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt teaching approaches to accommodate learners from varied backgrounds.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching English, particularly IELTS preparation or general English courses.
- Strong lesson planning skills with the ability to design learner-centered curricula and engaging classroom activities.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain concepts, engage students, and provide supportive feedback.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Ability to manage classroom environments and utilize modern teaching tools effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
