The IELTS & English Teacher position is a full-time, on-site role based in Sialkot. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering IELTS preparation and general English classes, following structured lesson plans that cover all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. The role requires daily classroom instruction, regular assessment of student progress through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback to learners. Additionally, the teacher will maintain accurate student records, develop or adapt teaching materials, and support students with exam strategies and time management techniques. Collaboration with office staff to foster a positive and professional learning environment is also an essential part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective IELTS and general English classroom sessions.
- Assess learner progress regularly through tests, assignments, and informal evaluations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
- Develop, adapt, and implement lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to student needs.
- Support students in mastering exam strategies, time management, and test-taking techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
- Collaborate with administrative and support staff to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, using modern teaching aids and technology.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt teaching approaches to diverse learner backgrounds.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS or general English courses with strong English teaching skills.
- Competency in lesson planning and designing learner-centered curricula and classroom activities.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain concepts and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Ability to manage classroom environments and use modern teaching tools effectively.
