The role of IELTS Instructor is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering comprehensive lessons that prepare learners for all components of the IELTS exam, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. This position requires developing detailed lesson plans, conducting engaging classroom sessions, assessing student performance, and offering constructive feedback to help learners improve their language skills and exam techniques. The instructor will also maintain accurate records of learner progress, tailor teaching methods to accommodate varying proficiency levels, and collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the quality of IELTS preparation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans targeting all IELTS exam components.
- Deliver interactive and engaging classroom sessions that foster language development.
- Assess learner performance regularly and provide personalized feedback to support improvement.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with diverse proficiency levels.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with team members to refine teaching materials and program delivery.
- Motivate and manage classrooms to create a positive and productive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in English teaching, particularly Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).
- Proven experience in IELTS exam preparation and general English instruction.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to standardized testing.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant teaching certifications such as TEFL or TESOL are advantageous.
- Prior experience teaching IELTS or other standardized English proficiency tests is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage classrooms effectively and work collaboratively within an academic team.
