Key Responsibilities
The IELTS Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, comprehensive lessons that prepare learners for all sections of the IELTS exam, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Daily duties involve creating detailed lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, and assessing student performance to provide constructive feedback. The instructor will support learners in enhancing their language skills and exam strategies. Maintaining accurate records of learner progress is essential, as is adapting teaching methods to accommodate varying proficiency levels. Collaboration with colleagues to continuously improve the quality of IELTS preparation programs is also a key aspect of this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in teaching English, particularly Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). Expertise in IELTS exam preparation and general teaching practices is essential. Effective lesson planning abilities are required to structure classes and coursework efficiently.
