Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver comprehensive IELTS preparation classes covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules. Develop clear lesson plans and implement exam-focused teaching strategies tailored to diverse learner needs. Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve. Design and administer practice tests to simulate exam conditions and guide students in effective time management and test-taking techniques. Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate actively in curriculum development and improvement initiatives. Communicate consistently with the administrative team regarding class performance, scheduling, and any student-related concerns. Foster an inclusive and motivating classroom environment, adapting teaching methods to accommodate varying proficiency levels and learning styles.

Required Qualifications
Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar, vocabulary, and spoken communication skills. Practical understanding of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and effective strategies for test success. Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in IELTS or other English language exam preparation contexts. Ability to plan lessons thoughtfully, create relevant practice materials, and assess student work with accuracy and fairness. Competence in managing classroom dynamics and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels. A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is required. Familiarity with basic digital tools such as presentation software and online teaching resources is essential.
